The pill which you have described is in fact Citalopram 40 mg manufactured by Amneal pharmaceuticals. Their Citalopram PDF sheet shows a picture of the pill next to the 40 mg dose. Just found them and I am pretty sure they are darvocet 650s No, this is not a Darvocet tablet, nor any type of narcotic.
