After 4 to 6 hours the pain starts to return. It's only suposed to last that long. Half life means just that. Most ptoplr sleep somrtimes. Pain Relief from Clonazepam Filed in ClonazepamDoes anyone else get pain relief from clonazepam? It doesn't make me relaxed or sleepy; it just relieves pain better than any NSAID.
