I could tell this was going to work by the third day/ First I notice that at certain times that I would normally smoke like on breaks at work, I noticed that I was wanting a smoke. Sores in Mouth Filed in ChantixStarting my third week tomorrow on Chantix and having the same problem I had with it a couple of years ago. About 3-4 weeks ion, I start developing sores in my mouth. Smoke free for 8 weeks Filed in ChantixI quit smoking after 9 days on Chantix. I am 52 and started when I was 16. I started my 9th week packet yesterday. I have had no side affects, I can already breathe better and OMG how good does food taste!!
