My daughter has gooten a hold of some pills. They are a little larger than capsule size and shape. They are white like an aspirin with a Von one side and 35/92 on the other side. what's the diferrence between the m357 and v 35 92? I've been taking m357 for over a year and the pharmacist changed it to v35 92 which makes me very nauseus(it's been a month now). it's the same dosage 5/500 . Anybody know? I just looked up both pills and found that they are manufactured by two different companies and contain different inactive ingredients (which might be the culprit to the nausea). I found a few of these. I know Vicodin usually have a cursive/script/fancy "V" on 1 side and 35 92 on the other side, but these just have a plain "V". Anyone know if these are real Vicodin? On the Qualitest pill V 35 92 which side contains hydrocodone, the 35 or the 92? Neither side contains it, the active ingredients are evenly mixed throughout the tablet, if you cut it in half, you would get a half a dose of both the Acetaminophen and the Hydrocodone.
