Pseudoephedrine (pron.: /sjudo.fdrn/ or /sjudofdrin/; PSE) is a sympathomimetic drug of the phenethylamine and amphetamine chemical classes. Pill Sudafed
Aside from the numbers, what is the difference between Sudafed L432 and Sudafed 44 112? My pharmacist gave me a packet that describes the pills inside as being a "RED, ROUND-shaped TABLET imprinted with L432 on the front." BUT the pills I got had 44 over 112 instead of L432. Is it the same thing or did they give me the wrong pills?
