I have right renal artery stenosis and a mechanical aortic valve replacement. l Would like to know if veralan ER PM is safer to take than verapamil ER. Thank you so much for a reply.

They are both the same thing, the Veralan is just a name brand for Verapamil. Thus, as to safety and the risk of side effects, the possible issues would be identical.

Have you discussed your concerns with your doctor?
