Phenytoin level was 27 Doctor said stop for 2 full days. How long before it is back to a normal level Tom

I have been taking daily dosage of 200 mg Phenytoin sod ext(DILANTIN) since year 2000 to control seizures. Over time, can there be an accumulative negative effect from taking this drug.

Please tell what Phenytoin sod ext 100 mg casun is used for and what are its side effects? Can you just stop taking this medizine?

Phenytoin is an anti-epeleptic medication, most commonly used to help prevent seizures, however, many of these drugs have also been shown to help prevent certain types of nerve pain.
