medium oval shape pink pill with no writing on it. what can it be. perhaps energy?

There is no way to say for sure what it is, if there is no imprint on the tablet, very sorry.

Legal US prescription drugs must all have unique imprints to enable their identification, otherwise it could be anything.

Where did you find it?

I located a pill with similar markings to a round, pink colored pill with M 4 on it, it's Magnesium Carbonate 400 mg, Calcium Carbonate 200 mg, and Folic Acid 1 mg, which is listed as a vitamin supplement.

If this is not your pill, please post back so I can help you locate the correct one.

I found a oval shaped light pink with teeny darker speckles, no lines, no i.d. markings. It's 3/4 inch in length, and approx 5/12 inches thick in middle.
