No Motion For 3 Days & Severe Stomach Pain.

I am facing the problem of no motion for 3-4 days. Also there is a severe stomach pain during the whole day which last for an hour. I have shifted to a new place and working here for last 3 months. The eating habits are changed and i miss the home made food. I have reduced the intake considerably.

hi, iam a maried n not getting motions for more then 3-4 days,n also if i get i have 2 force it even a doctor ave me powder but no use,so plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me n home remidye
