It is a little Naziesque that they withhold your suboxone period. They test for all illegal substances. Now if you can get a legitimate script for K, for say insomnia or anxiety, they might accept that. Sounds like you clinic is pretty rigid though, and may not allow it.

Sorry Jack, from the research I have looked at, a urine test till show positive up to 4 weeks after your last dose.

Best to have a prescription for it to cover yourself if your test is sooner than that.

Since withdrawal from klonipin, if you have been using it for a few months to a year, is prolonged. My suggestion is to slowly wean off of it over a few weeks. If this isn't feasible in your situation, and the test is really soon, get a provider to write a prescription for a few to take at bedtime. That way, if you come up positive, you can say that you have had some insomnia due to whatever, and have used it recently for that, and will be able to produce a legitimate script.

However, alcohol and benzos are a lethal combination, so avoid using them within an hour of each other. If your dose of K is more than 1 mg, wait 2 hours before alcohol. I had a friend overdosed accidentally like this, and died.

I took .5mg of klonopin at 11 p.m sun night. I weigh 300 pounds. I have not taken anything else and have not taken a klonopin in 3 months. How long should it be in my body? I forgot I have a drug test for a job on Thurs. which will be over 80 hours later.

You might pass your drug test, but you can kill yourself taking klonipin and drinking alcohol, stuuupid!

Nah man, its anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, dependent on metabolism, dose, short-term or chronic, weight etc but I was a chronic, low dose user with an extremely high metabolism and about 130 lbs and I passed that b**** after 3 days.

As a sa counselor - I have to question - she took 2.5 mg her first time? I don't buy it. Mom, don't enable her. First time and only time? Even if this were true, which I'd bet against, I'd question why she would take that much if this was truly her first time 1mg would have been more than enuf to do the trick.

Sorry I don't think you have a chance to pass that test. Buy a topshelf masking agent. Drink plenty water.good luck

I'm 20 yrs old, 5'3", about 107lbs. I have a fast metabolism and drink a lot of green tea on a regular basis. I've been prescribed klonopin for anxiety. I've taken 2mg two-three days ago and 1mg today. I have to take a blood test in about 5 days, will the results come out positive?

I went to a subox clinic 2 days ago for intake but had taken clonazepam the night before unaware that benzo was not allowed....thought opiates were the only off limit. Anyways the counselor obviously said no suboxone dose today but scheduled me for another urinalysis exactly a week later. Wouldn't that suggest that from their experience the benzo would be gone from my system by then? Being the addict that I am though I still had three pins left and have taken one per night for three nights so now I have only 5 days til appt. Gonna try that cran water idea out....will update if it worked on Mon Feb.27th...wish me luck this is a serious attempt to get off of Heroin.

Idk but I can tell you if you take it the night before a drug test you'll deffinatly fail, f***ed up my life pretty bad but for the good spent 31 days in rehab, 45 days clean today, I can just tell you by the time you end up on this forum chances are your too late, but if your looking this up pre hand don't even take the chance it's really not worth it. I'd do anything to go back and not pop those. Just wait however long then pop them later. It really is NOT worth all the b/s its put me thru

You should be fine. I take weekly UA's and if it's just a regular drug screen, the klonipin will not be detectable if you're taking a "therapeutic dose", which is anywhere from 0.5 mg-4mg (I've even passed with taking 6 mg the night before the UA). If they are doing a more in depth UA to see what drug/medication, etc. that has been taken in the last 90 day, then it will most likely show the klonipin. Other benzo's such as; Valium, Xanax, and Ativan are detected. I'm not quite sure of the science of this testing, but I know what I'm talking about and have a lot of experience in this area.
