James, thanks a lot for your detailed and motivational information.
In fact, once i was on a job which i did love it, I had no need for such a medication. I hope that every one including me would find and be able to take the proper place; work, life and so.
And, actually i couldn't even think for 68 mg. I just increased my dosage from .25 to 1. mg and it works for me. so I guess i need not to be worry too much.

i am a bit nervous and sometime feeling lots of butterflies in my stomach; i can't be sober and serene and lose my control and focus and do stupid things; fear overwhelms and feeling of instability. (i am introvert thought.)

I understand that there are discrepancies with consistently taking benzodiazepines but none are lethal when taking in low, albeit consistent doses. Remember, though, to overdose on a similar benzodiazepine [diazepam] (valium) one needs to take 68m (68,000mg) in order for a 50% death for a 150lb individual. Even then, studies have reported patients undergoing passive 100's of grams of diazepam have fallen into semi-conscious comas from which they emerged within a few days with no intricate complications.
Take it until the mind clears or regains control over daily tasks and hitherto. Relax, do not be afraid but know there is such a thing as conviction [motivation, initiative, incentive] and follow it albeit with the support of pharmaceuticals. Once motivation has been deeply ingrained, no drug will surpass the calmness delivered through the fulfillment of one's passion.
