I was ask my doctor to please prescribed a vitamins for me, because i always get cough and flu. then she prescribed this.

my doctor prescribed this vigor ace soft gel,but it's difficult for me to swallow! one capsule, can i slice it into two? if I'd would do that does it affects its potency or it would be ineffective?

Vigor-ACE is a nutritional supplement, it contains:


200mgs of Lecthin, 50mcgs of Selenium, 7,500 IUs Vitamin A, 250mgs of Vitamin C, 100 IUs Vitamin E and 20mgs of Zinc.

That said, it will not really help with fertility, except for the fact that someone who is deficient in these vital nutrients may have trouble getting pregnant or carrying a baby to full term.

Did your doctor prescribe this?
