What is the best possible time to drink my medicine for hypertension? In the morning, afternoon or before going to bed at night?

im 52 and hypertensive person it is ok if i take amvasc 10mg in the morning then metoprolol 100mg in the aftenoon and carvidilol 25mg in the evening?is there any side effect if i take them orally?
