Stilnoct (zolpidem) For Insomnia
UpdatedI am currently taking a daily dose of 12.5 mg Stilnoct tablets, prescribed by my sleep specialist, for my sleeping issues. The generic name of this medication is Zolpidem. However, as of late, even this 12.5 mg dosage seems ineffective in aiding my sleep. What should be my course of action? As a medical doctor myself, I am concerned about the potential side effects, efficacy, and overall safety of this medication. Are there any safer or comparable alternatives for my insomnia? Is it advisable to consult another doctor?
