Need Help. Should I Take Folbic With Calcitriol

I had a thyroidectomy a year ago and developed Hypocalcemia because they damaged my parathyroids. I am on calcitriol 50mcg daily and 4000 of tums a day to stabalize it. My PCP did bloodwork that shows my B12 levels are low and I have been staying sick. She prescribed Folbic, but it says not to take it with other calium, doc says o.k. but I have had Hypercalcemia once and I need some advice. Is it safe to take this pill??

Is it safe to miss a week worth of dosage. Because I
am out of money and I don't have the money today to
pay for a refill?

I just need to know if if is safe to miss a week's worth
of medicine? The medicine is as follows:
FOLTEX or FOLBIC ACID!!!
