I am 3 weeks pregnant. the gestation sac is 0.9 cm small, the doc prescribed 200mg of mifepristone and around 4-72 hrs later asked me to come in for an appointment for vaginall insertion of misoprostol. She is charging me a very heavy bill and hence I asked her if I could administer the second dose myself. She is not providing any support till I pay for another consultation. Can you give me specific instructions as to how many pills I should insert at a time and intervals between the pills.

Hello. I may be pregnant but I'm not sure. If I am by chance how much would the two pills cost me?. Ireally don't need or want a kid right now. If you could get back with me ASAP I would greatly appreciate that.

me and my wife had sex in the last day of her period(oct27), After that she use an Ipill within a hour. Next time we met in an intercourse(nov15) before one day of starting her period , and after she takes an ipill within 2hrs. Now the problem is my wife didn't get her period,Its been delayed for 15days. So is that a indication of pregnancy? But she didn't want to get pregnancy, is that better to use mtpill for this phenomenon?

I guess every doc is diff, The previous one told me she couldn't prescribe oral tabs so I have to show up with the money!!!!! the second one told me to take 800mcgm of misoprostol after 48 hrs of the first dose of mifepristone. She gave me instructions to insert all 4 tabs (200mcgm each ) vaginally for best results. I did that and I avoided pain killers, I had a lot of bleeding with clots within 3 hrs, and the bleeding became normal even though I still have cramps and pain.
She did not ask me to take 3 doses so is that the correct procedure, im confused...
I have had 200 of mife and after 48 hrs 4 tabs of 200cgm of miso.
Is that enough??

That is a little odd, because these are commonly used by women, at home, without a doctors intervention, but I supposed a doctor can also set their own policies.

Is there some reason she wants to supervise your use of it? That is always possible if there is some type of health problem involved and if that is the case, I can only encourage you to follow her instructions.

As to the use of Misoprostol, ideally it should be inserted 48 hours, after taking the Mifepristone and 800mcgs should be inserted vaginally, every 12 hours, for a total of 3 doses.

These medications can cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding.
