jfanch, without taking the dosage into consideration, neither would be considered stronger, because they both contain the same active ingredients, which are Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone.

which is considered a stronger medication overall, Lorecet or Norco? I realize that dosages make a difference but how comparable are they?

My apologies, it's been one of those mornings. Lorcet would actually contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, so the tablet you were asking about would be a generic for Percocet, because it contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen.

This tablet contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, this combination could be considered a generic for either one, though many doctors refer to Lorcet as being the product that contains 650mgs of the Acetaminophen.

This is a narcotic pain reliever, so it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.
