Iam having PCOD.I didn have my periods this month.My doc prescribed me to take krimson 35 if i have irregular periods(i was on krimson 8 months back).So how many days should i hav krimson35 to have my periods?

i am 25 years ,last time menses came on 17/12/2011 till now it is not started i am not even prgnent. tested it . This irregulariti is frist time. which medicin should i take iam quite worry . I dont have gynocologist in my near by village.
