one other thing you need to consider is that from what ive come to understand is that most urine screens test for .00001 ng/ml of the drugs. this means that it doesnt take as long. I recently took 8 mg of xanax, yes this is a lot but i have a high tolerance so I calculated the amount of time it would take to pass a drug screen. so at 110 hrs or 4.5 days, i came up with .01171875 mg which if you divide by 1000 you get .00001 ng, which is what you need to pass. sorry for the long comment only trying to help.

i dont think theres ever really getting xanax out of your system because the half-life is 11.2 hrs but it will be so low in concentration that it never ends. Say you take .05 mg, in 11.2 hrs that amount is cut in half to .025 and so on. so if you plan to take a drug sceen, you need to check to see how little of the drug it can detect. or at least thats what ive come to believe.

Will a white .25 mg xanax show up in a blood test given 10 hours after taking the pill? Is there a detection cut off limit for blood tests.

Kevin, the approximate detection time for amphetamines is 5 days after last use.

There is, however, no precise time frame to give, because individuating factors are always going to have an effect, such as your own metabolism, health, fluid intake and etc.

If you have a prescription for it, there is no need to worry, you should just inform the of that, when you have the test done.

Are there any other questions?

Xanax contains the active ingredient Alprazolam, which is a Benzodiazepine and these are actually very problematic for urine testing, because they can be detectable for as long as 6 weeks, after taking them.

There is no hard and fast rule on the time frame, however, because it can be affected by many other factors, such as your individual metabolism, overall health, fluid intake, activity levels and many other factors.

IS there anything else I can help with?
