Endocet contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone and Lortab contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, so in this case the Oxycodone is actually stronger.

They are both narcotics and may cause similar side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.
