I have to take ELTROXIN 125mcg lifelong If I took expired tab ELTROXIN ANY PROBLEMS/SIDEEFFECTS OCCUR .Please sugest me.

Sir as I undergone totalthyroidectomy surgery hence i have to use ELTROXIN tab life long If I took expired tab any contraindications/sideeffects. kindly suggest me

This contains the active ingredient Levothyroxine.

How old was it?

From what I've found, it doesn't get dangerous past the expiration date, but it may not be as effective as it was, when it was new, but you should double check this information with a doctor, or pharmacist.
